Staff
Tom Gilmore
Tom brings a wide range of experience to our staff. He has owned and operated a sporting goods store specializing in fishing tackle and archery, a laundromat/dry cleaners, a landscaping company, managed several and now owns an Ace Hardware store, Outfitted in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, Managed a large RV dealership and a large Marine dealership in Great Falls Montana.
He had a partnership in the largest horse logging company in North America. For years, he trained horses to skid logs, trained men to drive the horses and felled timber to supply the horses and men with work. He has been in manufacturing and made a meager living as an artist for awhile. He wrote an outdoor column for a Western Montana newspaper for years.
Tom has fished, hunted, hiked and canoed from one end of the country to the other and was the youngest licensed First Mate (for fishing charters) in the state of Florida (many years ago.) He knows boats and water.
He attended school at Ohio State and then U of M in Missoula.
Tom lived a subsistence lifestyle for 10 years in a wilderness setting......no power, no vehicles, no people.
He has bicycled across this country East to West, North to South and from Alaska to Mexico.
He lead Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Hunter Safety classes. He taught cross country skiing, fly tying, fly casting and accurate instinctive archery shooting techniques.
Tom obviously has a great amount of knowledge and is very willing to share whatever he knows if it will help another.
And, he likes Libby Montana Just Fine.

Gina
Meet Gina. As the boss puts it, "Gina is the glue that holds us together.” Her long career in book keeping and general business continues as she daily manages the back office. She looks over all aspects of the operation, incoming equipment, paperwork, billing, employee relations, accounts receivable & payable.
She is also our in-house Notary Public and is truly an asset. Gina is everyone's friend and not just because she hands out the pay checks.
Gina loves the outdoors and in her spare time you can find her hunting, fishing, playing on the water, hiking the mountain trails and chasing around in her UTV. She is also now a Grandma, thanks to both her daughters, and at about the same time! Now her fourth grandchild has come along. She couldn’t be happier.
We must mention, how much she loves her dogs, some of which she rescued from the local shelters.
